DAMAGE OR DEFECT CLAIMS

Damage or defective claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving an order. An original order number is required.
Review the full list of ineligible items and our claims policy below.

Ineligible Items:
• Items without an original order number.
• Items purchased from a third-party website.
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
• Items delivered more than 14 days prior to the claim.

Claims Policy
• Claims are subject to approval – there may be some variations in color, texture, size, and finish as well as slight irregularities in the surface
finish of items. These are inherent characteristics of the materials and processes and are not considered flaws or defects.

• For damage claims, please do not throw away any boxes or packing material to allow for UPS inspections.

• After a claim is approved, we will send replacements OR create a credit memo on your account to use towards a future order depending on
your request and availability.

START A CLAIM

To start a claim please email customerservice@pampabay.com and include the following:

• Order number.
• Store name.
• Photo of the item being claimed.
• Item number and reason for claim.
• If you would prefer a credit memo or replacement – replacements are subject to availability.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept or process exchanges.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

Pampa Bay is not responsible for any damage or losses that may occur during transit. If your order is damaged in shipment, please keep all the shipping materials and contact customerservice@pampabay.com to file a claim for the damage. In your communication with us, please include your order number, the item(s) damaged in shipment and photos of the packaging and damages. If your order is lost in shipment, please contact us at your earliest convenience to file a claim. Claims for damaged or lost items must be filed within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
